アカウントの削除について
TripReady のアカウントは、アプリの中からいつでも削除できます。
You can delete your TripReady account from inside the app at any time.
手順 / How to delete
- アプリを開き、「設定」タブ → 「アカウント」
Open the app → Settings tab → Account - 「アカウントを削除」を押し、確認に進む
Tap "Delete account" and confirm
削除されるもの / What is deleted
当社サーバーにあるアカウント識別子（ハッシュ値）・サインインの記録・同行者共有のグループの記録、および課金基盤（RevenueCat）上のお客様の記録。Apple でサインインしていた場合は、Apple との連携も解除します。
Your hashed account identifier, sign-in records and sharing-group records on our server, and your customer record in our billing provider (RevenueCat). If you signed in with Apple, the Apple connection is revoked as well.
残るもの / What remains
App Store / Google Play の購入記録はストアが保持します（当社では消せません）。ご自身で購入した言語は、削除後もストアの「購入を復元」で戻せます。同行者として受け取っていた利用権と、同行者に渡していた利用権は失われます。
Purchase records held by the App Store / Google Play remain with the store; languages you bought yourself can be restored later. Access you received from — or granted to — travel companions is lost.
アプリを起動できない場合は、ストアの掲載ページにあるサポート連絡先までお知らせください。
If you can't open the app, contact us via the support address on the store listing.
